Calk provides AI-powered services that allow businesses to create, customize, and adapt AI agents using their own data (“the Services”). The Platform is designed to enable users to integrate and deploy these AI agents to enhance business productivity.

   When creating an account, you agree to:

2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use Blynk for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to our systems, distributing malicious software, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.

Subscription and Payment

1. Calk offers several pricing tiers, including a free trial and paid subscription plans (Pro, Team, Business, and Enterprise).

   • Starter Tier: Limited features, access to basic models, and restricted storage.
   • Scale Tier: Monthly subscription; enhanced features.
   • Space Tiers: Tailored for growing businesses with added storage and multi-agent capability.
   Payment Terms:
   ‍• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice during sign-up.
   • Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: You retain ownership of your data. Calk does not claim any ownership over the content you upload.
2. Data usage: Calk uses your data solely for providing and improving the Services, including AI model training and customization.
   Data security: We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption and compliance with (soon) SOC 2 and ISO standards.

Limitation of Liability

Calk may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Drive, AWS, MongoDB, OpenAI). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Calk is not responsible for any issues or breaches that occur as a result of third-party services.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of Calk after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris.
